Hi Families,
Please join us on Friday, March 10, after drop-off in the cafeteria to talk about how Dallin and Arlington Public Schools are addressing our kids' social, emotional, and mental health. We know not everyone can make morning meetings, and we try to rotate meeting times to accommodate schedules. There will be coffee and doughnuts!

During this presentation, we'll review the current landscape of student mental health, along with the tools and strategies that staff are using to support our children following the pandemic. Plan to engage with our curriculum, our assessment, tools, our staff, and each other. During this meeting, we'll be joined by APS district-wide social worker Caroline Rosa and SEL coach Simone Kotraba, plus Dallin social workers Meagan Burke and Jenny Loop.

This is a meaningful way to understand how APS approaches mental health.
